We’ll also talk through other simple ways to preserve tomatoes at home, including how to safely can them whole or as sauce. Attendees will take home:
- A mason jar of freshly canned salsa
- A recipe card so you can continue the fun at home
- Canning skills so good, your tomatoes will beg to be preserved
