Whether you are purchasing material for your own home or for your landscape business we stand behind all of the products we sell. Our product specialists take immense pride in researching and vetting the outdoor living products that we carry, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and will perform in our unique market. Please read below for more specific details about our product guarantee and about returning products.
Our Guarantee
Garden Center Self-Plant Guarantee
As a Garden Center customer, if you choose to install your Lurvey Select® nursery stock, it is guaranteed at half of its value, for one year. Should it not survive, bring it into Lurvey Home & Garden with your receipt and a 50% credit will be issued for a one-time replacement of that nursery stock.
This guarantee excludes all commercial sales, annuals, perennials, roses, and sod.
Planting Service Guarantee
When we install your Lurvey Select® nursery stock, you will receive a 100% one-time replacement guarantee, good for one year. If for some reason your nursery stock is not doing well, simply give us a call and we will come out to your home and conduct a plant check. If there is a need for a replacement, a new plant will be selected, delivered, and installed.
This guarantee excludes all commercial sales, annuals, perennials, roses, and sod.
Many of our products come with manufacturer’s warranties and we certainly want to do what we can to support you with any problems you may have.
We can only guarantee live plants to be healthy and in good growing condition when they leave our site. We have no control over what happens to plants after they leave our sales yards.
We encourage our professional contractors to take advantage of our Lurvey Seminars and the knowledge of our Lurvey Sales Team to help make your next planting project a success! Lurvey cannot guarantee or be responsible in any way for the results secured in transplanting.
Return Information
The following return/refund policy applies to purchases made through Lurvey Home & Garden by residential clients only.
- All Plants and Sod:
Due to the perishable nature of such, all plants, including sod are not returnable/refundable. - Special Orders, Fountains, Seasonal Items, and Weighed Stone:
All products in these categories are not returnable/refundable. - Interior and Exterior Furniture:
Accompanied by a receipt, all furniture, interior and exterior, may be returned within 5 business days for a full refund. - Brick Pavers/Retaining Walls:
Accompanied by a receipt, brick pavers/retaining walls may be returned in full, banded sections only and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. - Natural Stone:
Accompanied by a receipt, stone sold by the square foot or by each may be returned and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. (Culling of material is not permitted)
All other merchandise accompanied by a receipt may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Cash refunds exceeding $100 will be issued as a check within 5 business days. Refunds to credit cards may take 7 to 10 business days.
The following return/refund policy applies to purchases made through Lurvey wholesale locations by professional contractors.
- All Plants and Sod:

All products in these categories are not returnable/refundable. - Pavers/Retaining Walls:
Accompanied by a receipt, pavers/retaining walls may be returned in full, banded sections only, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. - Natural Stone:
