• All Plants and Sod:
  Due to the perishable nature of such, all plants, including sod are not returnable/refundable.
• Special Orders, Fountains, Seasonal Items, and Weighed Stone:
  All products in these categories are not returnable/refundable.
• Interior and Exterior Furniture:
  Accompanied by a receipt, all furniture, interior and exterior, may be returned within 5 business days for a full refund. 
• Brick Pavers/Retaining Walls:
  Accompanied by a receipt, brick pavers/retaining walls may be returned in full, banded sections only and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All other merchandise accompanied by a receipt may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.  

Cash refunds exceeding $100 will be issued as a check within 5 business days. Refunds to credit cards may take 7 to 10 business days.
