Advantages Provides excellent, long-lasting color enhancement. Controls rainwater penetration through hard-to seal surfaces. Resists water penetration when applied over existing shrinkage cracks of 0.02 inches or less. Helps control efflorescence and moisture- and traffic-related staining. Simplifies cleaning.
