TAMTECHseal Wet Look Sealer SB-VOC is designed to provide a wet look for pavers, concrete, stamped concrete and exposed aggregate. It will seal and protect these surfaces while enhancing the beauty. This solvent-based methacrylate polymer is UV stable and forms a tremendous bond to the substrate. It can also stabilize and harden the sand in paver joints. TAMTECHseal is available in clear and 25 different colors. The product also resists weather, water intrusion, freeze thaw damage and staining. The treated surface will be easier to clean. The sealer is breathable; thus moisture is not trapped in the substrate. It is an exterior product that can be used on new or existing applications.

Concrete & Clay Pavers: 100-200 sq ft /gal
Concrete: 175-250 sq ft /gal
Coverage rate will depend on texture and porosity of the surface.
